APA MOTIF ONG KIAN MING BERBOHONG ?

Semalam Ong Kian Ming  telah mengeluarkan kenyataan di dalam web FMT yang mendakwa Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluar dan  Masyarakat tidak mengendahkan permintaan beliau sejak sebulan lalu untuk melakukan lawatan ke pusat jagaan Desa Bina Diri.

Malah Ong Kian Ming juga mendakwa tiada langsung jawapan dibalas dibuat oleh pihak YAB Menteri mahupun Setiausaha Sulit Menteri dalam memberikan jawapan respon.

Kami telah menghubungi pihak kementerian untuk mendapatkan jawapan balas.

Setelah melihatkan transkrip jawapan tersebut, memang terdapat  'enggagement' secara lisan dan bertulis di antara pihak kementerian dan ong kian ming dalam isu ini.

Ini bermakna dakwaan kononnya tiada langsung respon daripada pihak kementerian merupakan satu cerita mengarut yang dikeluarkan oleh ahli parlimen DAP.

Berikut adalah transkrip pihak kementerian menepis dakwaan ong kian ming.

FIRST

First email to YBM KPWKM was sent by YB MP Serdang @ 23.06.14, requesting for the visit.

SECOND

My first communication to YB MP Serdang was on 06.07.14 after being instructed by YBM KPWKM after the issue came to her attention.

I personally made the phone call to YB MP Serdang on that dat @ 06.07.14.

Therefore, allegations that the request for the visit has been repeatedly ignored is totally untrue.

THIRD

My email to YB MP Serdang @ 8:43am, 07.07.14:

Greetings YB,

I have received your email.

Will arrange for the best time & date with our Welfare officers for the proposed visit.

Would also appreciate it if you could extend to us a list of the other MPs who will be joining in as you mentioned for the visit.

Thank you for forwarding to me your statement in the media.

Firstly, apologies for the delay in arranging your visit to our institution.

The delay is due to the fact that we are trying to arrange for YB Minister's time as well so that she can be present during the visit, which is not easy to do during the month of Ramadan.

We foresee that we will only be able to arrange for this visit after Ramadan.

It is regretted that you chose to go to the Press when I am just a phone call away.

Would appreciate it if you could just call me directly in the future.
