PKR deputy president Azmin Ali said the ball is now in Pas’ court to get their Selangor assemblymen to sign the statutory declaration (SD) in support of Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail to be the new menteri besar.
According to PAS yesterday, the remaining 13 out of 15 PAS assemblymen in Selangor would not sign the statutory declarations supporting PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail as the next mentri besar.
"This issue was not raised at the meeting, so no, they will not sign," Mustafa said.
He also said the party had not decided on the action that would be taken against Hulu Kelang assemblyman Saari Sungib and Morib assemblyman Hasnul Baharuddin for signing the statutory declarations backing Dr Wan Azizah before the party had made a stand over the matter.
